Labrador Hunting Safari is a fully equipped outfitter, providing professionally guided, adventurous hunts for Big Game Caribou, as well as seasonal Trophy Fishing Excursions, in one of the world’s last, most pristine wilderness area of its kind.

Labrador is a land rich with trophy caribou, an animal that is uniquely designed by nature to exist in extremely cold temperatures and harsh weather conditions. The sub-artic landscape, commonly referred to as “the tundra”, of Labrador provides an ideal sustenance for hundreds of thousands of these migratory animals.

Labrador Hunting Safari hunts the Barren-ground Caribou of the George River Herd, which is the largest migrating herd in the world.  The George River Herd can also be found in certain areas of Quebec, which is Labrador’s bordering Province.  As with both Quebec and Labrador outfitters, you would need to travel to Schefferville, Quebec, a northern community which is situated on the Quebec/Labrador border. This point of arrival can be reached only by plane or train; there are no roads into this remote area.

At Labrador Hunting Safari we will do everything within our control to give hunters a safe and successful hunt by providing modern facilities and equipment, knowledgeable guides and staff, excellent home-cooked meals and personalized service. Owner/Operator Charles (Chuck) Rawding is “hands on” in the daily operation and is dedicated to providing you with a first rate, successful hunting experience
