OUR FALL CARIBOU HUNTS take place from AUGUST 10th to SEPTEMBER 30th

For those arriving by train, your hunt will begin on the Friday of each week and end the following Thursday.  For those arriving by air, dates will be arranged to coincide with seat availability.  Please contact our office for current information on the charter service.

• Reception and ground transportation from and back to Schefferville
• Home cooked meals while at the camp
• Comfortable, well constructed accommodations
• Experienced guides (1 guide x 2 hunters)
• Caping and preparation of meat at the camp
• Cold storage in Schefferville
• Complimentary fishing (when in season) in and around the immediate area of the camp (License required)
• Applicable Provincial/Federal Taxes
• Six days of hunting (subject to air travel arrangements)
• Black Bear Hunting (License Required)
• Boats, Motors and ATV’s that may be required
• For Package One, return air fare from Montreal to Schefferville is included
• Overnight in Schefferville (if required)

 

NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE

• Caribou/Black Bear and fishing licenses for “complimentary” fishing. Trophy Fishing Packages include fishing license.  
• Meat processing and packaging is done at the local butcher shop and is not included in your package. Cost runs approx. $80-90.00 per animal depending on size (subject to change without notice)
• Sleeping bags, towels and personal toiletries. Your sleeping bag should be suitable for temperatures as low as 30 degrees Fahrenheit for September dates
• Refreshments (alcohol, soda pop etc.) and snack foods (bars, potato chips etc.). These items can be purchased in Schefferville if desired.
• Gratuities
• Ammunition and personal hunting or fishing equipment is the responsibility of the guest.
